Volcanic Basalt lava stones enriched naturally in minerals are used throughout this wonderful ninety-minute full body massage. The stones are heated throughout resulting in a total rejuvenated sense of equilibrium.
Deep Tissue Massage £60
Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles not with the grain. This forty-minute massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some discomfort during or right after the massage.

Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing forty-five minute treatment involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. A variety of massage movements are used while you sit in a chair to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint movement.
